To support this growth, we are seeking a Creative Director, Engagement to lead the development and execution of integrated creative and marketing strategies that drive visibility, reach, engagement and customer acquisition.
The Role
The Creative Director, Engagement will be responsible for designing and leading our Visibility Engine, a coordinated set of campaigns and initiatives across social media, content, podcasts, events and partnerships.
You will bring together and oversee a team of specialist freelancers (graphic designer, copywriter/content strategist, podcast producer, email marketing consultant) to ensure creative alignment and cohesive storytelling across all channels. Ensuring that compelling content and experiences drive audience growth, interaction with the Insightfully brand, ultimately driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who combines creative leadership with a deep understanding of digital marketing, funnel strategy, and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Co-develop, refine, and implement the overall creative and engagement strategy aligned with our 2026 visibility goals.

Lead and coordinate a team of freelancers producing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest, as well as podcasts, newsletters and event materials.

Design and manage campaign-based initiatives, ensuring consistency and synergy across all touchpoints.

Provide strategic direction for social media marketing and oversee execution across platforms.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on in-person events, ensuring creative and communication materials are on-brand and impactful.

Guide the development of marketing assets for programmes, courses and events.

Track and report on key KPIs: visibility, reach, engagement and customer acquisition.

Contribute to planning and budgeting for marketing activities.
About You

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Head of Engagement, or Senior Digital Marketing Lead, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organisation.

Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy and brand storytelling.

Experience managing multidisciplinary freelance teams and coordinating multiple creative workstreams.

Excellent understanding of funnel marketing and campaign orchestration.

Confident working across B2B and B2C audiences.

Hands-on familiarity with social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.

Start date: February/March 2026

Commitment: Approx. 1.5 days/week for 3 months (initial trial), increasing to 2 days/week for 12 months upon successful fit.
