Shape Global Brand Identity Through Creative Campaigns & Marketing Design
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual design across print and digital platforms. As part of the in-house design team, you’ll help build the visual identity of our company while bringing creative campaigns, marketing collateral and event experiences to life. From concept through production, you’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders across marketing, content & product teams to create work that is both strategic and on brand.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on design expertise with strategic thinking to support everything from brand-building campaigns to tactical production. It’s exactly the kind of role that’d be perfect for a versatile designer who enjoys pitching big ideas along with designing day-to-day marketing collateral.
What you’ll do:
Design & develop branded assets including presentations, marketing collateral, tradeshow graphics and campaign visuals.
Create and maintain branded templates across platforms - ensuring consistency and usability across teams and regions.
Contribute to ideation and concept development for creative campaigns and branding initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business goals into effective visual communication.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines while being optimised for different languages and global use.
Design for environmental experiences including tradeshow booths and event signage.
Support the in-house team with production design work, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay current on the latest design trends, tools & technologies to continually evolve and elevate our creative output.
What you bring
10+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that includes both conceptual & production work please.
Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - especially InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop - as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
Good ability to design flexible templates that align with brand standards and enable scale across teams.
Experience creating design assets that accommodate multiple languages and localisation requirements.
Ideally some background in tradeshow and environmental design, with a strong understanding of spatial layout and visual impact.
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to think strategically about brand and marketing needs.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to all levels of design, from big ideas to pixel-perfect execution.
Exceptional organization, time management and communication skills.
Experience with motion or video design tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro would definitely be a plus.
Project rate: circa £4,500 PCM
