Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Video Editor & Animator (5+ years min) to create a 5-minute video comprised of approximately 10 vignettes (~30 seconds each). This project will combine live-action footage, animation and product screen integrations to deliver a dynamic and visually engaging piece.
Live-action footage can be sourced from Getty Images via our company account or generated using AI tools (to be discussed). The final video should feel cohesive, polished, and aligned with our overall brand aesthetic.
Timeline & Deliverables
- Project Start: 1st December
- Final 5-Minute Video Due: Wednesday 7 January 2026
- Individual Chapter Videos Due: Friday 9 January 2026
- Key milestones:
- Storyboard & concept approval
- First cut review
- Final delivery
What you’ll do
- Edit and assemble 10x short vignettes into a seamless 5-minute video.
- Incorporate live-action footage (stock or AI-generated) and blend it with animated elements.
- Integrate product screens into the video in a visually appealing way.
- Use AI-powered video generation tools (eg Midjourney, Nanobana, Synthesia) to create or enhance footage.
- Ensure consistency in tone, pacing & visual style across all vignettes.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to refine concepts and deliver a high-quality final product.
What you must bring
- A portfolio of video projects
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and animation for multi-segment projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and supporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms such as Midjourney, Nanobana & Synthesia.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, transitions and composition.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines for a single, high-impact deliverable.
